Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cash Supervisor at LAMA RETAIL in Karachi. The Cash Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing cash transactions, managing cashiers, reconciling cash registers, and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping. They will also be responsible for monitoring and maintaining cash levels, preparing cash reports, and training new cashiers.
Qualifications:
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in cash handling and cash management
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Ability to train and supervise cashiers
