Job Description
We are a fast-growing social e-commerce startup in Pakistan, and we are seeking a motivated and talented Category Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Category Associate, you will play a crucial role in curating and managing product categories on our platform. This position is perfect for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, a passion for e-commerce, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple sub-categories, ensuring customer preferences are met.
- Identify trending products and collaborate with suppliers for sourcing.
- Build strong vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and resolve issues.
- Implement competitive pricing strategies and promotions for category growth.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with content and cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
- Managing Category operations including PO generation, follow-ups, and Inventory management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
