Job Description
Shafaq n Kami is looking for a motivated and dynamic Team Lead to oversee our Customer Support team. In this role, you will mentor and guide the Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) to reach their goals, monitor team performance, provide coaching, and handle escalations to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
