Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day activities of the portal.
- Run QA on the data in the portal.
- Verify the daily entries and transactions in the product.
- Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
- Perform gap analysis and update technical documentation to ensure compliance.
- Proactively identify areas and methods to help improve testing efficiency, expand coverage, and increase product reliability.
- Communicate with internal teams to understand technical issues that need to be addressed.
- Document bugs in JIRA and prioritize them for review by the engineering team leads.
- Adhere to agile product development standards and assist in the daily operations of the engineering team.
- Work alongside account managers in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree level qualification – Computing or Software Engineering related Degree preferred.
- Good technical writing skills (Use Case, Test Case, Traceability Matrix, GUI Document).
- Excellent speaking, listening, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge and adherence to the Agile/Scrum work principles.
