Education:
B.com, BSc, BBA, M.Com, or 2 years associate degree or any other relevant degree (Must be a graduate).
Requirements & Skills:
- Well-groomed & confident personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Computer literate
- Proactive personality
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or any other customer service role is mandatory for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting & welcoming customers
- Dealing with inquiries, complaints, and emergencies
- Undertaking administrative & operational tasks as a central manager for the branch of the company
- Keeping customer, statistical, and financial records
- Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appointments, consultations, follow-up calls, and reminder calls
- Supervise and monitor the admin and janitorial staff
- Cash handling
Location: Peshawar
Job Timings: 10:00 AM – 08:00 PM (MON-SAT)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Up to Rs50,00.00 per month
