Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Islamabad, Pakistan. The CEO will be responsible for leading and developing a strategic vision for the company, overseeing daily operations and management, and providing guidance and direction to the executive team. The CEO shall also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or executive role, particularly in the BPO industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic plans, and a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
• An understanding of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies that could impact the success of the company.
• Strong business acumen, financial management skills, and the ability to make sound business decisions that positively impact the company.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and employees.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, and fostering a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
