Job Description
The Channel Manager ICNOW & Digital Commerce will be responsible for overseeing and managing the digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms for our company. This position requires strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, online sales strategies, and e-commerce platforms. The key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales through various digital channels, such as online marketplaces, social media platforms, and company websites.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience across all digital channels.
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Monitoring and managing online inventory, pricing, and promotions to ensure competitiveness and maximize sales.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key digital partners and vendors.
- Providing regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and channel effectiveness.
