Job Description
The Channel Sales Manager will work in a dynamic business environment, ensuring sales revenue in the region and distributor profit margins. Responsibilities include negotiating with operators, accurate territory demarcation, managing distribution networks, planning coverage, resource deployment, administration, capability building, target setting, tracking, and compliance.
- Accurately demarcate territories based on distance, turnover vs. resources, customer base, service coverage, and growth potential.
- Identify distributors, develop infrastructure, and conduct due diligence for the distribution network.
- Plan service levels, direct reach, and indirect service for effective coverage.
- Deploy appropriate resources, training, and development for efficient resource deployment.
- Generate reports, manage data for administration purposes.
