Job Description

Responsibility for key accounts management and strategy development.

Manage and grow sales volumes through accounts, driving sell in, sell through, sell out process to meet and exceed quarterly and yearly sales targets.

Manage account planning, and forecasting with GTM team.

Coordination of sellout strategy and channel planning with Xiaomi Retail Team.

Reporting on weekly and quarterly results across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency on performance and key challenges.

Work closely with all functions across the business, internal stakeholder for all account specifics (finance, account payable and receivable, supply chain, etc.) to ensure account performance and delivery, including the management of customer demand plans and forecasting.
