Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Charge Nurse who will oversee patient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, ensure compliance with medical protocols, maintain accurate records, provide guidance to nursing staff, and participate in staff training and development.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Demonstrated experience in managing patient care
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Knowledge of medical protocols and procedures
- Experience in supervising and training nursing staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Additional certifications in specialized areas of nursing (e.g., critical care, pediatric, etc.) are a plus
