Job Description
Join Digitech Outsourcing Solution, a leading inbound customer service provider catering to clients across the US, Canada, and Europe. We are urgently seeking committed candidates for the role of Chat & Email Support Specialist. Our operations run 24/7, and we prefer candidates with prior inbound Customer Service Representative experience, particularly in US or UK campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
- Resolve service inquiries and handle complaints effectively.
- Participate actively in training sessions and team meetings.
- Provide assistance to teammates when necessary.
- Be flexible to adapt to different shift schedules.
Compensation: Competitive monthly salary of Rs. 65,00 – Rs. 70,00 along with additional benefits.
