Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat promptly and accurately
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Track and follow up on customer requests for resolution
- Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments
- Provide product information and assist in order processing
- Give feedback on customer service efficiency
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Document customer interactions and feedback
- Stay updated on products and policies
- Collaborate with team for optimal customer experience
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in English
Pay Range: 30,00 PKR – 35,00 PKR
