Job Description
Join our team at Halfur as a Chat Support Agent! This full-time position requires basic English proficiency and skills in customer support and sales. Responsibilities include providing information to new customers, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining customer records using MS Excel.
Qualifications include basic English speaking and writing skills, familiarity with MS Office, and experience with Facebook Messenger. Candidates from the electronic gaming industry are welcomed, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
This position is on-site in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, with shifts from 5 pm to 1 am or 1 am to 9 am.
