Job Description
Position: Chat Support Agent
Location: Onsite
Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Chat Support Agent. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries received through various social media platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding our products, services, and policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers online.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
