Job Description
Alpha Logistics LLC is actively seeking dedicated Chat Support Agents to enhance our customer service team. Primary responsibilities include efficiently responding to customer inquiries, assisting with sales inquiries regarding our packaging products, processing orders, and ensuring accurate record maintenance in our CRM system. The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, previous customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environment.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs35,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package and ample opportunities for career advancement.
