Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore, Pakistan for a Chat Support Executive – Sales. The incumbent will be responsible for providing clients with product information, resolving customer complaints, processing orders, and coordinating with the sales team to increase revenue. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Degree not mandatory; preference would be given to a Bachelor’s degree holder in Business, Sales, Communication, or any related field.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in dealing with inbound and outbound calls in an organized manner.
- Experience in CRM and chat software.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work in a team and meet performance goals.
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Working Hours
8pm to 5am Pakistan Standard Time. 5 days a week.
