Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat.
- Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team to improve customer service processes.
- Stay updated on product changes and industry developments.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in spoken English at B-2 and C-1 levels.
- Minimum Intermediate Degree
- Excellent written communication skills with focus on customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer support role, preferably in chat support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
- High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
