Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chat Support Executive to join our team at Prima Systems. The successful candidate will respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and email, document each issue, and develop effective customer service solutions.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and a customer-centric attitude. Flexibility and problem-solving abilities are essential.
This full-time position offers shift timings from 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM or 6 PM to 3 AM, with a monthly salary ranging from Rs 40,00.00 to Rs 55,00.00.
