A Chat Support Representative is responsible for providing assistance to customers through live chat platforms. Their main role is to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service. As a Chat Support Representative, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centered approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via live chat platforms.
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.
