Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for a 70% first-call resolution rate. You will also address customer complaints with empathy, aspiring to achieve an 80% satisfaction rate.
Your key responsibilities will include documenting technical issues, staying informed about product updates, and proactively connecting with customers to assess their needs. A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1.5 years of call center experience are mandatory. Proficiency in English is required. This position is based in Lahore and necessitates in-person attendance.
