Job Description
Optimal IT Solutions in Karachi seeks a dedicated, in-person Logo Sales Chat Specialist to convert inbound chats (WhatsApp, website, social) into logo sales. The specialist will qualify client needs, present package options, close sales, and maintain CRM records with timely follow-ups. Candidates must have proven chat-based sales experience (design or branding experience preferred), excellent written communication and negotiation skills, familiarity with chat platforms and CRMs, and a goal-driven, self-motivated attitude.
