Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer at Union Pak Group. As a Chief Executive Officer, you will oversee the overall operations of the company and drive business growth, profitability, and sustainability. You will be responsible for setting the company’s strategy, vision, and leading its execution by working closely with the executive team and Board of Directors.
Qualifications
- 20+ Years of Experience (Required)
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role
- Strong business acumen with deep understanding of market and industry trends, financial analysis, and risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
