Job Description
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, guiding its financial strategy, planning, and maintaining its fiscal stability. They will collaborate with the executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
- Financial Management: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and auditing. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategy, long-term planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee preparation of financial statements and timely reporting to stakeholders.
- Compliance: Ensure legal and tax compliance at all levels.
- Leadership: Direct finance team, participate in key decisions as part of executive management.
Must be a Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience.
