Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Company Secretary in our company. As the CFO, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities, strategic financial planning, and financial risk management of the company.
Additionally, as the Company Secretary, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as maintaining the company’s records, governance structures, and communication with shareholders.
