Role Description
This full-time role in Rawalpindi requires a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial management and strategy. Reporting to the Administrator/Secretary, the CFO will offer financial guidance for business plans and capital activities.
Job Responsibilities
– Manage financial planning, reporting, and budgeting for strategic decision-making.
– Develop sustainable financial strategies, monitor financial health, and identify and mitigate risks in real estate projects.
– Enhance profitability, promote transparency, and ethical conduct.
Job Pre-requisites
– MS/MBA in Finance or related, with 15-20 years of experience (7-10 years in C-level roles in real estate).
– Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, auditing, and real estate finance principles.
– Expertise in relevant software tools.
