Role Description:
This full-time role in Rawalpindi requires a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial management and strategy for DHAI-R. Reporting to the Administrator/Secretary, the CFO will guide financial decisions and ensure the organization’s financial health.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic financial decision-making in real estate through planning, analysis, and budgeting.
- Develop sustainable financial strategies, including Joint Venture Projects.
- Monitor financial stability and mitigate risks in real estate projects.
- Enhance profitability, identify new revenue sources, and uphold transparency and ethics.
Job Pre-requisites:
- MS/MBA in Finance or relevant certifications.
- 15-20 years of experience in real estate, including C-level roles.
- Proficiency in financial planning, laws, and real estate finance principles.
- Expertise in financial software tools.
