Qualifications
- Background in tech companies

- Experience in policy development, performance management
- Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills

- Bachelor’s in HR Management or related (Master’s preferred)
- Relevant certifications (e.g. SPHR, SHRM-SCP) are a plus
