Job Description
Location: Lahore
Timings: 10 am to 7 pm
Experience: 5 years
Responsibilities:
- Serve as liaison with staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.
- Assist the human resources department with new hires, including documentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve all employee concerns.
- Oversee daily operations in collaboration with senior managers and department leaders, perform administrative tasks, manage calendars, and coordinate corporate meetings.
- Develop relationships with employees, define operational strategies, and work on special projects with the CEO and executives.
- Handle inquiries, develop action plans, and assist with communications.
