Job Description
As the Chief Operations Officer, you will oversee the company’s operational heartbeat, ensuring seamless execution of daily activities while managing staff and enforcing operational excellence. You’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining workflows, improving overall efficiency, and maintaining high service standards for valued customers.
- Lead and inspire the floor operations team, driving productivity, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee seamless daily operations, proactively addressing any challenges and ensuring operational targets are met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement, ensuring data-driven decisions are made.
- Resolve high-level customer escalations, ensuring swift resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Drive staff development, fostering a learning environment through mentorship, training, and leadership programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with senior leaders in other departments to align operational processes with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while promoting a safe and organized workplace.
- Present detailed operational reports to executive leadership, offering strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
