The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, optimizing business strategies, and driving operational excellence. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for collaboration, innovation, and results-driven management. In this role, you will be directly working with the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and uphold core values to drive a positive company culture and align organizational goals.
• Develop policies, processes, and systems to support operational efficiency.
• Oversee and refine the organizational structure to enhance efficiency and communication across teams.
• Track monthly revenue performance for portfolio ventures, leading team meetings to evaluate targets, identify bottlenecks, and propose resolution techniques.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience.
• Lead the end-to-end development and execution of corporate strategies that align with the organization’s vision and optimize business objectives.
• Provide operational support to project leads including schedule management, correspondence, budget allocation, and documentation.
• Facilitate team activities, meetings, and communication to ensure cohesive teamwork and collaboration.
• Contribute to project planning and strategy discussions, offering actionable insights and recommendations to optimize project outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing corporate strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and drive performance improvements.
