Job Description
Swift Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. is on the hunt for a highly skilled Chief Operating Officer (COO) to spearhead our operational strategy within the real estate and construction sectors. The COO will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining quality standards, managing budgetary constraints, adhering to regulatory compliance, and achieving stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Formulate strategies, oversee project execution, manage daily operations, and foster innovation in construction practices.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; MBA preferred; a minimum of 15 years of experience in real estate or construction, including senior leadership roles; proven leadership and communication abilities.
