Location: Model Town, Lahore.
The Catalyst Group is searching for a Chief Operating Officer for our client, Door of Awareness, an NGO dedicated to education and poverty alleviation.
The Company
Door of Awareness operates schools and vocational centers to empower individuals through education.
Job Summary
The COO will oversee daily operations, strategic planning, and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on strategic goals
- Manage operations and budgets
- Supervise programs and HR policies
- Build relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
- Masters degree in Business Administration
- 5-7 years in operations management
- Strong communication and analytical skills
Preferred Candidates:
Experience with diverse stakeholders, knowledge of non-profit laws, and certification in nonprofit management.
