Role Description
We are hiring a full-time CIC Representative to provide top-notch customer service at our locations in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining customer records for BMW customers.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
