Job Description
We are seeking a Cisco Voice Engineer to lead and implement Cisco Collaboration (VoIP) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Cisco Unified Communication systems, including Unified Communications Manager, Unity, Express, Jabber, and UCCX.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Cisco Collaboration projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Optimize and configure Cisco Unified Communication solutions for maximum efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing Cisco Unified Communications solutions in a professional setting.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Unity Connection, and UCCX.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco voice technologies, such as QoS, MeetingPlace, and Telepresence.
- Strong skills in Cisco routing and switching, with a solid understanding of data networking concepts.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS) B and C series.
Desired Certifications:
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Voice or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Voice.
