Job Description
About the job:
Execution of the work under the Construction Manager’s guidance, ensuring compliance with directives, drawings, and project specifications. Supervise contractor activities for timely and cost-effective project completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise construction sites for buildings/infrastructure.
- Ensure quality control for ongoing Civil/Finishes work based on approved designs.
- Interpret and oversee execution of Structural, Architectural, and Finishing designs.
- Instruct construction teams and set weekly targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections, share reports, and ensure project testing.
- Focus on HSE compliance, educate on safety regulations, and maintain site cleanliness.
- Evaluate drawing discrepancies and maintain progress reports and photos.
Main opportunities/challenges:
- Contract-related challenges.
- Achieving project milestones within set timelines.
- Managing health and safety hazards.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering with 5-8 years High Rise building experience.
- B-Tech or DAE with 12-15 years’ experience (8+ years in High Rise building).
- Preference given to those with high-rise building construction experience.
