Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Civil Supervisor located in Karachi, Pakistan. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and site plans, overseeing daily operations, and conducting quality checks. The Civil Supervisor will also establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and organize workloads effectively, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and deliver on tight deadlines
- Familiarity with construction materials and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications in construction safety and site management are a plus
