Job Description
Indigo Developers is seeking a dedicated Civil Supervisor to join our team. You will inspect construction sites for safety hazards, supervise the construction team and subcontractors, and educate workers on safety regulations. Your responsibilities also include evaluating employee performance, analyzing blueprints, and recommending improvements.
Requirements: post-secondary construction training, preferred bachelor’s degree, CPR/first aid certifications, and supervisory experience. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
