Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Client Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will promptly address client inquiries, provide service updates, and ensure alignment on goals between clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings, managing deadlines, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
You should be proactive in resolving client complaints and gathering feedback to enhance our services. Additionally, you will assist with contract renewals and prepare reports for internal and external use.

Pay: From Rs30,00.00 per month
