Job Description:
- Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and accurate information about our products and services in response to customer inquiries.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and efficiently resolve customer issues to ensure a positive and satisfactory outcome.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our SaaS products to effectively assist customers and provide valuable insights.
- Communication: Communicate professionally and friendly with customers through email, chat, and phone channels.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, common issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Training: Stay updated on product enhancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a software house.
- Knowledge of support management systems like Zendesk, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
