Job Description:

  1. Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and accurate information about our products and services in response to customer inquiries.
  2. Issue Resolution: Investigate and efficiently resolve customer issues to ensure a positive and satisfactory outcome.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our SaaS products to effectively assist customers and provide valuable insights.
  4. Communication: Communicate professionally and friendly with customers through email, chat, and phone channels.
  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
  7. Customer Feedback: Analyze customer feedback to identify trends, common issues, and improvement opportunities.
  8. Training: Stay updated on product enhancements and participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a software house.
  • Knowledge of support management systems like Zendesk, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work night shifts.
  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
