Job Description
At RepairDesk, we are looking for individuals to join our team as Trainees for Client Interaction. Responsibilities include:
- Provide remote software training to customers and ensure they are utilizing the software effectively.
- Handle customer complaints with empathy through live chat and phone communication.
- Research and escalate customer issues to the development team.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Adhere to company communication procedures and guidelines.
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of client communication experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Proficiency in interacting with customers via various channels.
- Experience with office software and web-based technologies.
