Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of one of its global clients, is seeking a talented and dedicated Client Onboarding Specialist to join their team. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Owning and managing customer relationships from the point of sale through successful implementation
- Creating initiatives that drive successful product implementation
- Developing measurements to analyze the impact of successful implementation
- Assisting customers in identifying their needs and managing timelines to achieve value realization
- Acting as a liaison between sales and operations to meet customer expectations
- Ensuring prompt response to customer emails, chats, and calls
- Scheduling and facilitating video and phone calls during the onboarding process
- Building content and resources to drive product adoption among customers and organizations
- Becoming an expert in the product to educate both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Sales
- Relevant experience in client onboarding
- Global exposure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in evening/night shifts
