Job Description
We are seeking a Client Operations Executive to join our B2B team to oversee client onboarding, account maintenance, and daily service delivery. This role coordinates cross-functional teams to resolve issues, monitor SLAs, and maintain high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage new client onboarding and ongoing account communications.
- Track performance metrics, handle escalations, and promote process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in B2B client operations or account management, strong communication and problem-solving skills, experience with CRM tools, and a detail-oriented, proactive, customer-focused approach.
