Job Description

We are seeking a driven Customer Success Manager adept at upselling, NRR, and churn reduction. Join us to elevate customer relationships, boost product adoption, and optimize revenue growth.

Timings: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong customer relationships to grasp their needs and goals.
  • Drive product adoption and value realization to enhance retention and NRR.
  • Spot and pursue upsell chances based on evolving customer needs.
  • Execute upsells flawlessly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Deploy strategies to reduce churn and foster loyalty.
  • Utilize customer data to identify risks and insights for product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in Chat, SaaS, or tech.
  • Track record of upselling success, renewals, and NRR improvement.
  • Understanding of customer success metrics and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and proactive attitude.

Education:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Customer Success certifications.
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, Google Suite, and MS Office.
  • Experience with diverse cross-functional teams.
