People is an international HR Services company with operations in Pakistan, catering to both domestic and multinational client organizations across all HR functions.
We are currently seeking a Client Relations Executive specializing in Payroll.
Job Role and Duties:
- Manage HR services and operations.
- Handle preparation of payroll processing and salary disbursements.
- Reconcile salary invoices and maintain payment records.
- Ensure pre-audit of all invoices/payment within defined timelines.
- Generate client-specific reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain audit trails and records.
- Require knowledge of EOBI, Social Security, Taxes, Insurance, etc.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
- 3-4 years of core experience in payroll processing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
