Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Client Relations Executive role based in Rawalpindi. As a Client Relations Executive, you will handle a diverse range of clients, including professionals, patients, hospitals, and insurance companies. Your main responsibilities will be understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong professional relationships to increase revenue and customer retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or similar roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize time-sensitive tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Healthcare industry experience and knowledge is a plus
