Job Description
At Eqvnox Communications (SMC-Pvt.) Ltd, we are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position working from 2 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday, at our office in G7/4, Islamabad.
As the primary contact for our international clients, you will ensure their needs are met with exceptional service. Responsibilities include managing communications, resolving complaints, and guiding clients on our services.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in client relations or customer service. Pay ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs80,00.00 per month with benefits.
