Job Description
Medheave Healthcare IT Services is currently seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who thrives on building strong partnerships and providing exceptional service. This position requires an articulate communicator willing to work on-site during evening shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM in Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Oversee onboarding processes and facilitate smooth client transitions.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and feedback sessions.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and CMS regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance billing success.
