Role Description:
- Manage all on-ground matters, including day-to-day operations and client inquiries.
- Coordinate with your team lead about recruitment requirements shared by Client POC.
- Identify gap resources required at the client’s site and communicate promptly to the team lead for daily recruitment execution.
- Ensure smooth employee onboarding processes including document collection and issuance.
Duty timings as per assigned shift which can rotate accordingly.
Requirements:
- Profound understanding of statutory compliances such as SESSI, EOBI.
- Prior experience working in an HR outsourcing firm is highly desirable.
- Attention to detail.
