Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and interaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any issues proactively.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions for reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
- Proven client relationship management experience, preferably in retail or food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
