Job Description
We are seeking a Client Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong client partnerships and serve as the primary contact for inquiries, onboarding, and account management. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, coordinating internal teams to deliver timely solutions, resolving issues promptly, and recommending additional services to enhance client value.
- Requirements: bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in client services or sales
- Skills: excellent communication, problem-solving, CRM proficiency, strong organization, customer focus, and the ability to manage multiple accounts
